My name is Missy Pope.

Hello, I am Missy Pope

The creative mind behind Gilded Inkweaver LLC.

Where crafted words are woven into poetry and stories, becoming legends that shimmer in gold and ink, each woven story is embedded with emotion, imagery, and rich symbolism, linking the written word with the visual story.

Writing is the act of preserving the honesty of feeling - each word is a shimmer of hope, the letters become the words that are the sharp edge of truth - crafted imagery that enables readers to see what the words feel. Each frame or sequence is a storyboard of the spirit, where symbolism and storytelling meet in the poem.

Each poem has been created to be more than words on a page - it is a story meant to linger in the air where the words breathe life into created prose. I call these poems living narratives, as the words live in the poem, with duality in the verse and vision.

Each image I have created reflects the soul breathed into the poem, bringing it to life. The spoken word and visual are woven together through the heart and emotion.

Through these and future works, I hope to remind others that the rhyme brings rhythm to the quiet moments, and even the smallest stories deserve light. Words on a page become a tale, and testimony of the truth.

A woman wearing a large sun hat, denim jacket, and lace dress stands on a bridge, looking out over a river with mountains in the background and a partly cloudy sky.

I’m based in Montana, nestled in a valley surrounded by mountain ranges in all four directions in God’s Country. I have traveled the country and had words dancing in my head as long as I can remember. I still remember the first book I checked out of the library at five, Rapunzel. The feel and smell of the pages still linger as a fond memory. I hope you share with others the comfort, thrill, excitement, love, loss, and adventure that those pages and the many voluminous other books offered me. I created Gilded Inkweaver out of my passion for words and the power they have had in leading me on this journey in life as a companion, guardian, place of comfort, and guide.

I am a medical laboratory scientist currently pursuing a doctoral degree in the candidacy phase, with words, poetry, and stories still waiting to be woven onto the page. I have been working on poetry for a while, adding bits and pieces to rhymes that twirl, weaving into prose as I work on the yard, in my garden, on road trips, and when they make their presence known. Keeping a notebook and digital memos available for those in a hurry to get out has come in handy. I am currently working on a book series that promises to be legendary.

Personal Statement

My perseverance propels me with an indomitable force, guiding me along my path and purpose as I prevail, clothed in unwavering will as my armor. My will shall never founder.

I am statements for positive affirmation

I am clothed in unwavering will as my armament, while my perseverance propels me with an indomitable force, guiding me along my path and purpose as I prevail. My will shall never founder.

Each of these is important because they help you rewire your mind as you define who you are, not what others have taught you or told you who you are. Each of us has the innate ability to design, build, and create ourselves and the world we live in. It all begins with what we believe in ourselves. I encourage everyone to start developing their own and working on them each morning, setting themselves up for positivity and success.

Why are these important?

I am available for consulting for a variety of interests. Please feel free to message, and we can schedule an appointment. I’m also continuously adding poetry from my collection and writing books.
